In 1966, The Gundecha Group was started, by Shri Devraj Gundecha with a vision that looked beyond India’s realty horizon and saw that it could be so much more. When Paras D Gundecha took over the reins, he continued this habit of foresight. His son and daughter, Deepak Gundecha and Poonam Gundecha quickly made their mark, as Directors of Gundecha Group & Hospitality Business.

Under this new generation of leadership, the company’s sales and profits took a steep upward turn.

The group went on to play a large part in building the Mumbai city skyline, and stands today as one of the premier corporations in the industry, having earned an ISO 9001:2008 certification, and a reputation to be proud of.

It has to its credit more than a 100 residential, commercial and industrial projects in Mumbai alone, many of them landmarks of the city. Each built by leveraging the services of internationally renowned architects and employing the latest construction techniques to ensure stringent standards of quality. Today, as always, Gundecha is once more looking to the road ahead. It has already branched off into the hospitality and education spheres, and only time will tell how many more paths it can pave.
