Real Estate is the core legacy vertical of the Gundecha Group, established in 1966. They have completed over 100 residential, commercial, and industrial projects, primarily focused on the Mumbai skyline.

Residential Projects: The group is known for high-rise luxury and mid-segment housing. Notable projects include:
- Gundecha Rexon Suites (Goregaon West): One of the tallest buildings in its vicinity, focused on luxury living.
- Gundecha KBK Magnum Heights (Lalbagh): A premium residential tower in South-Central Mumbai.
- Gundecha Greens (Kandivali/Western Express Highway): Targeted at modern families with a focus on connectivity.
- Other Landmarks: Gundecha Woods (Palghar), Gundecha Symphony (Andheri), and Gundecha Altura (Bhandup).
Commercial & Industrial: They have developed several business hubs like Gundecha Onclave in Saki Naka, which serves as a corporate address for various SMEs and the group’s own headquarters.

Hospitality

The group diversified into hospitality under the leadership of the second and third generations (Paras D. Gundecha, Deepak Gundecha, and Poonam Gundecha).

Serviced Apartments & Hotels: They operate properties like Gundecha Altura in Bhandup, which functions as a high-end serviced apartment/hotel complex offering 24-hour room service, continental dining, and facilities for long-stay corporate guests.
Expansion: The hospitality wing is designed to complement their real estate holdings by managing the lifestyle services within their large-scale developments.

Education

The group operates its educational vertical primarily through the Gundecha Charities Trust. Unlike many real estate developers who just build the infrastructure, the Gundecha Group actively manages these institutions.

Gundecha Education Academy (GEA):

Kandivali East: The first branch, established in 2004, is a premier ICSE-affiliated school with over 2,400 students. It is known for its “Gundechian” philosophy of holistic, stress-free learning.
Oshiwara (Andheri West): This branch offers both ICSE and IGCSE (Cambridge International) curricula, providing a global educational standard.

Gundecha Group has a significant footprint in Mumbai’s commercial landscape, developing high-specification business hubs that cater to corporate offices and industrial SMEs.

Gundecha Onclave (Sakinaka, Andheri East): This is their flagship commercial development. It is a 7-story premium business park strategically located near the International and Domestic airports. It offers spacious office layouts, modern safety systems, and in-house parking, serving as a hub for various corporate headquarters.
Gundecha Heights (Kanjurmarg West): Located on LBS Marg, this project combines commercial and residential elements, offering a high-visibility business address in the central suburbs.
